LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A group of people accused in a teen's murder in Pagedale last weekend reportedly formed a plan to attack the victim before escaping on a MetroLink. In recent days, The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis has arrested Kenneth Hall, 29, Darnesha Thomas-Perry and a juvenile in connection with the death of 19-year-old Jaylin Johnson. Traffic sign blasting classical music in Santa Monica prompts complaints A traffic sign playing classical music in a Santa Monica intersection is prompting complaints from people who are finding it hard to sleep. The music-playing sign was placed at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Broadway and apparently blasts its classical tunes day and night. Residents have told KTLA about the situation, including one caller who said the music is too loud and makes sleeping difficult.It was unclear why the traffic sign is playing the music.
